You're looking at a photo of me and the little miracle who inspired me to a career with Baby Signs®, Inc. With a background in nursing, I was one of those moms who gathered tons of information on everything available to babies before my baby was even born. After much research, I knew that signing was something I definitely wanted for our family. Once I started signing with my daughter and saw the benefits come to life, I wanted more. Unfortunately, there were no such classes available in my area. The nurse in me felt an obligation to spread the word myself. The results were too good not to share with others. My daughter, Sophia, is continued living proof of the benefits of signing. She is outgoing, self-confident and curious. She is almost two years old, is very bright and speaks new words daily. Every day we have experiences and communication that would not be possible if Sophia could not sign.
Sharing these important early months with your baby or toddler is an experience not to be missed. Signing enriches this valuable time together and will enhance your baby's development in many ways. I invite you to come learn and have some fun with us and please feel free to contact me if you should have any questions.
